You can use the form designer to create various dynamic forms as per your organization’s needs. The dynamic record that you created is compatible for search with our universal matters search.
The Digital Records designer is compatible with the MS Word mail merge so you can generate documents based on your dynamic form.
File Management
Each and every record that you have on our platform can support an independent file explorer that supports all file operations such as create, copy, edit, rename, move, etc…
File Explorer supports your custom document templates to be generated or copied to a particular directory under your record.
Task Management
Each record in the system supports Checklists, Kanban Board, Notes, and Messages to organize and keep track of the record until its lifecycle ends.
The platform provides a user lane in the Kanban board so it will be easy for anyone who manages the progress of the record as its lifecycle continues.
Simplified Accounts
The platform provides useful ways to organize records based on client accounts. This is useful when the records need to be collected based on the client accounts.
There are a couple of ledgers that are tightly coupled with a matter/record that can act as a Trust Ledger. There is a company-wide Ledger that supports regular bookkeeping and helps maintain the accounts that you have.
